Wormbridge

Wormbridge is a small Herefordshire village near the Welsh border, about 15km southwest of Hereford via the A466. The settlement sits in the Monnow Valley, serving as a useful stop for journeys between Hereford and Monmouth. Local routes include the B4347 from Pontrilas, connecting to the A465 for Wales-bound traffic. The village is named after its historic stone bridge over the River Monnow, which still carries traffic and retains its original medieval stonework.
