Wickstreet lies in East Sussex countryside between Hailsham and Polegate, easily reached via the A22 which connects to Brighton in 30 minutes. The A27 runs nearby, linking Eastbourne and Lewes. Most traffic uses the A22 for commuting to Brighton or London, with weekend visitors following the same route. Over 50 fast charging points serve electric vehicles along the main corridors.
