Wholeflats lies along the A91 between Stirling and St Andrews, about 45km from Edinburgh via the M90. Popular routes include local trips to Auchtermuchty and tourist journeys to the coast. The area has over 100 EV charging points for longer travels. The Victorian railway viaduct from 1847 creates a striking red sandstone entrance to the city centre.
