Westlake is a small South Devon village about 10 miles east of Plymouth, reached via the A379 from either direction or country lanes from surrounding villages like Ermington and Modbury. The A38 nearby provides connections to Exeter and Cornwall. Electric vehicle charging is plentiful with over 100 fast chargers in the area. The village sits near several Bronze Age burial mounds, including one particularly well-preserved example dating back over 3,000 years.
