West Myerstown is a small Pennsylvania Dutch country borough in Lebanon County, home to about 1,500 residents. US Route 422 runs directly through town, connecting it to Reading (20 miles east) and Lebanon (8 miles west), while Interstate 78 provides longer-distance access.
