West Lexham is a small Norfolk village just off the A1065 between King's Lynn and Swaffham. The A47 provides the main east-west link, connecting to Norwich and the coast. Most traffic consists of local journeys to nearby villages like Castle Acre and Litcham, though the A1065 sees longer-distance travel between Norfolk and Cambridge. The 14th-century church of St. Nicholas stands out with its rare octagonal tower.
