West Covina is a suburban city of 107,000 in the eastern San Gabriel Valley, about 20 miles east of downtown LA. Interstate 10 runs right through town, providing direct access to downtown (30 minutes) and the Inland Empire. State Route 39 connects north to the San Gabriel Mountains. The city enjoys sunny Mediterranean weather with warm summers and mild winters. West Covina gained pop culture fame as the setting for the TV series "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend."
