West Baraboo, WI

West Baraboo is a small Wisconsin River valley community of 1,600 people, connected to the tourist corridor by US Highway 12 and linked to Baraboo across the river via Highway 113. Most visitors come from Wisconsin Dells (12 miles) or Madison (45 minutes) on Highway 12, while locals use Highway 113 for daily trips. The volunteer fire department operates from a red brick station built in 1952.
