West Acre lies in Norfolk's countryside, roughly 15km east of King's Lynn via the A47. This small village sits amongst typical East Anglian farmland, accessible through the A47 east-west corridor or the A1065 from Swaffham. Local routes connect it to Castle Acre and other nearby villages, with some military traffic from RAF Marham. The parish church boasts a Saxon round tower, one of just 124 surviving examples in Norfolk.
