Weare lies in the Somerset countryside along the A38, about 15 miles south of Bristol via M5 Junction 22. The A38 provides the main route north to Bristol and south to Bridgwater, whilst the A371 heads east toward Wells. Bristol Airport sits just northeast of the village, making it handy for air travelers. The 13th-century St. Gregory's Church features a distinctive tower that's been a local landmark for over 700 years.
