Wattisfield

Wattisfield is a Suffolk village near the Norfolk border, reached via the A143 from Bury St Edmunds or through Botesdale from northern routes. The area enjoys East Anglia's dry climate and sits amongst typical rolling farmland. The 14th-century church of St Margaret houses an exceptional medieval rood screen with painted saint panels.
