Wadshelf lies just off the A61 between Chesterfield and Sheffield, with the M1 accessible in 10 minutes via Junction 29. Most visitors come from Sheffield on a quick 15-minute drive south, whilst locals use it as a handy stop between Alfreton and Chesterfield.
