Wachapreague is a tiny fishing village on Virginia's Eastern Shore where Chesapeake Bay waters meet salt marshes. Take US 13 south through the Delmarva Peninsula, then head east on Route 180 for the final 6 miles. Most visitors drive 90 minutes from Norfolk via the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel. The village calls itself the "Flounder Capital of the World" and hosts a popular summer fishing tournament.
