Yellow Bluff, AL

Yellow Bluff is a small community of 170 people in rural Wilcox County, about 90 miles southwest of Montgomery. Reach it via State Route 28, which connects to US-80 from Montgomery or US-43 from Mobile. The town sits in Alabama's Black Belt region along the Alabama River corridor, surrounded by pine forests and farmland. Yellow Bluff gets its name from the distinctive yellow clay bluffs that rise along the river.
