West Point is a tiny Alabama community of about 540 people in Cullman County, roughly 50 miles north of Birmingham. Take I-65 north to Exit 310, then Highway 157 west through Cullman to reach it. The area sits in rolling farm country near the headwaters of Mulberry Fork, part of the Black Warrior River watershed.
