Village Green-Green Ridge is a Delaware County suburb about 15 miles southwest of Philadelphia, home to around 9,000 residents. The area connects via Route 452 and Route 320 to I-95 and the Blue Route for regional travel. Most trips are short commuter routes to nearby Media and Springfield. Philadelphia International Airport sits 12 miles northeast. The community gets its name from the historic Village Green shopping center, one of Delaware County's first suburban plazas from the 1950s.
