Van Buren, AR

Van Buren straddles I-40 in western Arkansas, right across the river from Fort Smith. The interstate connects it to Little Rock and Oklahoma City, while Highway 64 runs east toward Conway and Highway 59 heads north into the Ozarks. Fort Smith Regional Airport is 15 miles southwest. The restored Frisco Depot downtown still hosts scenic train rides into the mountains.
