Valliant, OK

Valliant is a small town of about 880 people in southeastern Oklahoma's pine-covered hills, just 15 miles from Texas. US Highway 70 and State Highway 3 intersect here, with most visitors arriving via Highway 70 from Durant to the west or Broken Bow to the east. The town hosts an annual Dogwood Festival each spring when native dogwood trees bloom white throughout the surrounding Ouachita foothills.
