Sylvarena is a tiny Smith County community in central Mississippi's pine country, reachable via Highway 35 about 15 miles north of Interstate 20. Most visitors are locals heading to Raleigh or Laurel for daily needs, though the area offers access to Tallahala Creek's excellent small-stream fishing.
