Sugden, OK

Sugden is a tiny rural community in south-central Oklahoma's Jefferson County with just 37 residents. Reach it via US Highway 81, the main north-south route connecting Duncan (15 miles north) to the Texas border. Most visitors come from Duncan or take local roads southwest from Interstate 35. The area's claim to fame is its preserved one-room schoolhouse from the agricultural settlement era.
