Sugar Notch is a tiny borough of about 1,000 people in Pennsylvania's Wyoming Valley, just north of Wilkes-Barre. Reach it via I-81 to Exit 170A, then PA Route 29. Local routes connect to Wilkes-Barre and Nanticoke for daily commutes, while long-distance travelers use I-81 as the main corridor.
