Strawn is a tiny farming village in central Illinois, about 100 miles southwest of Chicago. Take I-55 to Exit 250 at Dwight, then US Route 17 west for 8 miles. The restored 1900 wooden grain elevator dominates the skyline, one of the last of its kind still standing in the state.
