Stanfield, OR

Stanfield is a farming town of about 1,900 people in northeastern Oregon's wheat country, 15 miles southwest of Hermiston via Highway 207. Take I-84 to Exit 182, then head south on 207 straight into town. It's a quick drive to Hermiston Municipal Airport and serves as a quieter route through the Columbia River plateau. The massive grain elevator on Main Street dominates the skyline and can be spotted from miles away across the surrounding wheat fields.
