Southside, AR

Southside is a small Arkansas city along the White River, about 10 miles southwest of Batesville in Independence County. Highway 167 provides the main north-south connection, while Highway 69 runs east-west through town. The area sits between Arkansas Delta farmland and Ozark foothills, with Batesville Regional Airport 12 miles northeast. The historic Southside Bridge over the White River serves as a local landmark.
