Sandyfield is a tiny farming town of about 760 people in Columbus County, roughly 30 miles northwest of Wilmington. Reach it via US 74 west to NC 410 north, or US 701 south from Fayetteville through Elizabethtown. The rural location means limited EV charging, so plan stops in larger towns. The historic white wooden Sandyfield Missionary Baptist Church, serving the community since 1887, remains the town's most recognizable landmark.
