Royse City, TX

Royse City is a growing community of 20,000 about 35 miles northeast of Dallas via Interstate 30. Highway 66 runs north-south through town, connecting to Rockwall 10 miles south, while FM 35 provides northern access. The commute to downtown Dallas takes 45 minutes to an hour depending on traffic. The city maintains its small-town feel with a historic downtown square that hosts the annual Cotton Pickin' Fair each October.
