Roxie, MS

Roxie is a small farming community in Franklin County, about 40 miles northeast of Natchez via Highway 84. Most visitors arrive from Jackson (80 miles east on Highway 18) or use Interstate 55 connections through McComb. The town of 428 people sits among pine forests and pastures in Mississippi's timber country, where several residents still work in the forestry operations that have sustained the local economy for generations.
