Rivergrove, OR

Rivergrove is a tiny riverside community 12 miles southwest of Portland, accessible via I-5 to Boones Ferry Road or Highway 43 through Lake Oswego. With under 700 residents in half a square mile along the Tualatin River, it's one of Oregon's smallest cities. The part-time city government meets in residents' homes since the city owns no municipal buildings.
