Randolph AFB, TX

Randolph AFB is a small military community 18 miles northeast of San Antonio, centered on the Air Force base known as the "West Point of the Air." Access via I-35 (8 miles west) for long-distance travel, US 87 from downtown San Antonio, or Highway 78 from the east. The base features the famous Taj Mahal administration building with its distinctive white dome, a landmark since 1931.
