Radcliffe is a small farming town in central Iowa's Hardin County, accessible via Highway 175 which connects east to Eldora and southwest to Ames. Most visitors arrive from Ames (30 miles) or use it as a route to Interstate 35 for longer trips. The town sits along the South Skunk River amid typical Iowa corn and soybean country. Its most recognizable landmark is the historic concrete grain elevator that dominates the skyline.
