Pilger, NE

Pilger is a small farming town of 382 people in northeastern Nebraska, about 20 miles northwest of Norfolk via Highway 15. Most visitors arrive from Norfolk or connect through Stanton from Highway 275. The town sits in prime agricultural country and gained national attention in 2014 when twin tornadoes struck simultaneously, an extremely rare weather event.
