Onsted, MI

Onsted is a small Michigan community of about 1,100 people located 60 miles southwest of Detroit via I-94 and US-223. The village sits in the Irish Hills recreation area, known for its glacial lakes and rolling farmland. US-223 is the main route through town, connecting to Adrian and the Ohio border. Onsted lies along the historic Sauk Trail, an ancient Native American path that became a major pioneer route between Detroit and Chicago.
