Oak Leaf, TX

Oak Leaf is a small Texas city of about 1,800 people located 25 miles southwest of Dallas in Ellis County. Take I-35E south from Dallas, then FM 1382 west for the most direct route. The community sits among the native oak trees that inspired its name, with rolling prairie terrain typical of north-central Texas. Oak Leaf's volunteer fire department operates from a red brick station that also serves as the town's community center.
