North Star is a tiny farming village in western Ohio, about 45 miles northwest of Dayton along State Route 571. Most visitors drive from Dayton via I-75 north to Route 571 west, passing through Ohio's corn and soybean country. The village sits at the intersection of Routes 571 and 118, connecting to Greenville and other regional towns.
