Neylandville is a tiny Hunt County community of 73 people, about 50 miles northeast of Dallas via Interstate 30 and local county roads. State Highway 34 and Farm Road 1570 provide the main access through this agricultural area of cotton fields and pastures. The town was named after the Neyland family, early railroad-era settlers from the late 1800s.
