Mineral Springs, AR

Mineral Springs is a small Arkansas community of about 1,300 people in Howard County, roughly 20 miles from Nashville and 35 miles from Hot Springs. US Highway 278 runs east-west through town while State Highway 26 provides north-south access to Interstate 30 near Prescott. The area sits in the Ouachita foothills with rolling pine forests and farmland under a humid subtropical climate. The town gets its name from natural mineral springs that early settlers believed had healing properties.
