Milton, WV

Milton is a small city of about 2,800 people in western West Virginia, 20 miles east of Huntington via US Route 60. Interstate 64 provides quick access for longer trips to Charleston or beyond. The town sits in the Mud River valley surrounded by forested Appalachian foothills. Milton hosts the annual West Virginia Pumpkin Festival each October, featuring giant pumpkins that often weigh over 1,000 pounds.
