Millvale is a small riverside borough just four miles north of downtown Pittsburgh, accessible via Route 28 and the 40th Street Bridge. This compact community of 3,300 sits between the Allegheny River and steep hills, connected to the city by major routes like I-279 and Route 8. The former Catholic church turned concert venue, Mr. Smalls Theatre, still features its original stained glass windows above the stage.
