Miles, TX

Miles is a small farming town in west-central Texas, about 35 miles northeast of San Angelo via Highway 67. The community of 1,000 sits in rolling prairie country where cotton farming dominates the economy. Most visitors pass through on Highway 67 or come from nearby Ballinger, just 20 miles north. The town's massive grain silos rise prominently above the flat landscape, serving as landmarks visible for miles across the surrounding farmland.
