Middletown, NY

Middletown sits about 70 miles northwest of NYC in Orange County's Hudson Valley. Route 17 runs right through downtown and connects to I-84 ten miles south near Goshen. Most visitors from the city take I-80 west to I-380 north to I-84 west, then Route 17 north. The Orange County Government Center downtown is a love-it-or-hate-it 1960s concrete brutalist building that dominates the small-town skyline.
