Miamisburg is a southwestern Ohio city along the Miami River, about 10 miles south of Dayton via Interstate 75. State Route 725 cuts east-west through town, connecting to Centerville and Franklin, while Route 741 follows the river. The city sits in rolling Miami Valley terrain and offers EV charging along the I-75 corridor. Miamisburg's most striking feature is Ohio's largest conical burial mound, a 65-foot earthwork built by ancient Adena people that towers over downtown's Mound Park.
