Menlo, KS

Menlo is a tiny farming community in northwest Kansas where Highway 24 meets County Road J, home to about 24 residents scattered across the High Plains wheat country. Most visitors reach it via US-24 from either Goodland (30 miles west) or Colby (45 miles east), both connected to Interstate 70. The settlement's vintage wooden grain elevator serves as a towering prairie landmark visible for miles along the highway.
