McHenry, ND

McHenry is a tiny farming town of 66 people in east-central North Dakota's Foster County. Reach it via County Road 14, which connects to Highway 200 eight miles south - the main east-west route through the area. Most trips involve short drives to nearby farms or Carrington, 20 miles west. The grain elevator towers over the endless prairie, visible for miles as both landmark and symbol of the area's agricultural roots.
