Lily Lake is a small Kane County village about 45 miles west of Chicago, accessible via I-88 to the Farnsworth Avenue exit. Route 25 runs north-south through town along the Fox River corridor, while Route 47 provides another key connection. The community of 1,200 residents sits on former prairie and wetlands. The village preserves its namesake lake as a park with a fishing pier where you can still catch bluegill and bass.
