Lilly is a small Pennsylvania borough of about 800 people nestled in the Appalachian foothills along US Route 22, about 15 miles northeast of Johnstown. The town serves as a waypoint for travelers crossing between the Pittsburgh area and central Pennsylvania, with most traffic being long-distance rather than local.
