Leonard, TX

Leonard is a small farming town of 2,500 people in northeast Texas, about an hour from Dallas via I-30 east to Greenville, then US Highway 69 north. The town sits along US 69 and State Highway 11 in rolling countryside dotted with cotton fields and oak groves. Most visitors arrive from the Dallas area, while locals use the same highways for commutes to Greenville. Leonard's claim to fame is its historic courthouse square, featuring the 1888 Fannin County Courthouse annex that once made this town the county seat.
