Le Claire is a Mississippi River town in eastern Iowa, 15 miles northeast of Davenport via Highway 67. Most visitors take I-80 to Exit 306, then follow Highway 67 north through the river valley. The scenic route from the Quad Cities takes about 20 minutes, while long-distance travelers arrive from Des Moines or Chicago via I-80. The town features EV charging stations and sits along the Great River Road scenic byway. Buffalo Bill Cody's restored childhood home operates as a museum on 2nd Street.
