This tiny Ohio River valley community of 124 people sits in Monroe County's rolling hills, about 25 miles north of Marietta via State Route 7. Most visitors arrive from Columbus (via I-70 east to Cambridge, then SR-209 south) or from Wheeling, West Virginia (30 miles via SR-7). The 1876 one-room schoolhouse still stands as the town's historic centerpiece.
