Hope sits at the crossroads of I-30 and US-278 in southwest Arkansas, making it a natural pit stop between Little Rock and Dallas. The town serves as Hempstead County's seat and Clinton's birthplace. Most traffic comes via I-30, with local routes connecting to Arkadelphia and smaller farming communities. You can visit the Clinton Birthplace Home, now a National Park Service site on East 13th Street.
