Hookstown, PA

Hookstown is a tiny river community of 80 people in western Pennsylvania, about 30 miles northwest of Pittsburgh along the Ohio River. Take Route 18 north from Pittsburgh through Beaver, or Route 168 west through Raccoon Creek State Park to reach this rural hamlet. Pittsburgh International Airport is 25 miles southeast. The community features a small boat launch providing direct access to the Ohio River.
